If for any reason we have to cancel the run your entry will be considered a Cross Country Donation! You will still get a shirt but no refund!
In consideration of the privilege of participation in the Enterprise Pioneer Day Run, I, intending to be legally bound hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and assignees, waive and release any and all rights and claims I may have against Enterprise Run Committee, their agents, sponsors, representatives, successors or assignees, Enterprise High School, The City of Enterprise and The State of Utah, for any and all injuries, ailments or other consequences suffered by me in the Run.

A physical exam is not required to run in the Pioneer Day 5K/10K Run, but all competitors participate at their own risk. If in doubt as to your physical condition to engage in an event as strenuous as a 5K/10K run, it is strongly recommended that you seek the advice of a competent physician.
